Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer for our Raleigh, North Carolina office.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and management of medium to large scale land development projects from initial project planning through preparation of construction documents and permitting
  • Proficiency in Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design, Utilities, and Construction Administration
  • Manage personnel in addition to multiple projects (budgets, schedules, and County reviews)
  • Communicate regularly with Clients and Company Principals to assure quality and timely completion of projects.


SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 or more years of experience in Private Land Development as Described Above
  • Professional Engineer preferred but not required
  • Business Development experience
  • Proficiency in recent version of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
