Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is actively searching for a dynamic Civil Project Designer or Engineer to join our office in Purcellville, VA. We're looking for candidates with 0-5 years of experience in land development, encompassing a wide array of responsibilities such as site engineering for roadways, utilities (water, sewer, storm drain), stormwater management facilities, grading, and sediment and erosion control design for diverse residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, while familiarity with Civil 3D, TR-55, HydroCad, and/or Pondpack would be a significant plus! Join us in shaping the future of our communities!

Successful Civil Engineer candidates MUST have:

  • BS in Civil Engineering, EIT License preferred
  • Up to 5 years of experience in land development and site engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Civil 3D,TR-55, HydroCad and/or Pondpack a PLUS!
